Master Class: Clinical Application for Dry Needling
This advanced-level course is designed for licensed clinicians looking to deepen their understanding and refine their practical application of dry needling in a clinical setting. Master Class: Clinical Application of Dry Needling bridges the gap between theory and practice - focusing on how to seamlessly integrate dry needling into a broader treatment strategy to improve outcomes, efficiency, and patient experience. Led by Sarah Weimer, PT, DPT, a certified dry needling specialist and founder of Clinical Application Institute, this course emphasizes real-world clinical reasoning, movement assessment, and hands-on strategies tailored to dry needling treatments. Attendees will gain tools to elevate their treatment precision, enhanced neuromuscular control and apply dry needling with confidence across complex cases. We will use the skills you have already been taught, but show you different approaches. For example, learning how to dry needle the spine on a patient in sidelying or a seated position. And what is the best strategy for chronic pathologies of the foot and ankle by integrating dry needling to re-establish baseline gait mechanics. This is not an introductory course - this is a master-level experience for clinicians to evolve their practice and bring greater clinical value to their patients. Must have taken Level 2 or be dry needling certified to attend. CEU = 16.5 hours.
